Owl stamp card

This is a sweet card from Creative Kuts.
I love the shape of the card base.  The postage stamp is a fun shape.

Isn't the baby owl cute giving her mommy a cupcake?
So cute!

Easter Bunny

Design Team

Happy Monday! It's almost April! And have you heard the news yet?
There's a huge new design team at Sunsational Stamps, a whole new website and a blog hop coming up on April 5th!!
So many exciting things coming our way.  Be sure to click on the badge above, I linked you right to the cute image I used on  my card today and while you are there, look around and get your new account set up!
If you haven't noticed, my last 2 posts have been getting you ready for Easter, it will be here pretty quick.
So for my card, I let my Cameo cut this cute bunny out, I added crystal effects and some glitter to him.  For the card background I used some die cuts and cute polka dot embossed paper.

I'm adding this to the any holiday challenge at Hiding in my craftroom

Easter Blessings

Shop Our Digis!

Hello, I'm sharing another great project today as part of my guest designer visit at Imagine That.
I'm using Lamb of God and Sunny Days

I used the pre-colored digi images, mainly because they are so gorgeous and I can not color that well.

I love the simple beauty of this card.
I just added some glitter gel pen here and there for some shine.

Sweet Dreams

Limited Runs has started a progressive challenge and this cutie was the first image.
I spent a lot of time thinking about what to do with him and I finally decided on making him in his bed.
I have no idea what theme this card would work for but he's just so cute! I sprayed him with shimmer mist so it looks like the sand man has already hit him and he's ready to drift off!

Spring is in the air

This week's challenge theme is Spring is in the air.

This image is called the Smiling flowers

I love the bandanna paper.  I cut the scallop from an orange piece and placed it over the yellow lining up the pattern.  I also cut some clouds from a die I have.
I let my Cameo cut the images out after I colored them with my markers.

Dinosaur party

Shop Our Digis!
Kris invited me to be a guest designer this month.
I really love working with her images. I love that she includes colored images with the outline images.  Some days my coloring does not turn out well and some days I just don't want to color.
For today's post, I used the pre-colored images because they match the digital papers perfectly!

I used the Dinosaur party stamp set for today's post.

I made a scrapbook page first.  I just love these dinosaurs, they are so cute.
I created the 7 and used the digital papers to color it in like I did the mats for my photos.

I then created a few cards using the digital papers with the colored images.
I really like how they look.  I kept them simple since kids don't tend to pay much attention to the bling on cards.

This one I made into an easel card, using a bow as the prop to hold it up.

Isn't she adorable?!

This guy really makes me smile.
I used the happy birthday with the candles to match the cake on his back.

I even used dinosaur themed paper for the card bases.  I bought this paper stack ages ago, it really tickles me when I can use it to match a project perfectly!

Cross overlay card

This is a file that Cheryl offered to us on her Facebook page for Creative Kuts.

I love these kind of cards, the sun ray look.
So I had some fun using different papers and styles for my cards.

I used yellow polka dot embossed card stock on this one and a mirror paper.
The He is risen is a die cut.

On this one I used embossed vellum behind the cross and some foiled paper for the rays.

This is another vellum I had that is printed with a damask pattern and the gold words

Aren't they pretty?  I really like them.  They go together pretty fast.

Froggy love

Hi there, today I have another great card made using Imagine That digi stamps.
I layered everything in my SIL program then printed it as one piece.
At first I felt like I was cheating when I started making cards this way, but I have to admit, there are times it takes me longer to create this way than the traditional way of cutting each layer of paper and gluing it all together, so I've gotten over that issue, lol
This was sent to me for playing along in the link up each month.
Be sure to link up!

I'm adding this to the Creatalicious challenge

Crazy love

This week's challenge theme is Congrats!
So I chose this hysterical image.

This stamp is called Crazy love

I colored the image with my markers then let my Cameo cut the shape out.
I created the phrase myself and added Best Wishes inside.
The hearts are gems I have along with some cute little round water drop colored gems.

I'm a llama late

The card base is s cool new design from Creative Kuts called an oval shelf card.
It works a little like a box card in that it stands on it's own and folds flat for mailing.

I got the llama from the SIL store, I just love her! Wait until you see what else I am doing with her!!

The phrase came from a local crafter, she and her husband create card inserts.
I just retyped the words to fit on inserts I created to fit the card parts.
I love the polka dot embossed card stock, I got it from Joann's

I also did the Square shelf card, using embellishments from Cheryl as well.

This one turned out super cute! I love the look of this.

Sweet Angels

It's that time again!  I love this day!
This month our sponsor is A Day for Daisies and I was given this adorable image to use.
Angels Watching

Aren't the papers gorgeous this month? I hope you will play along for your chance to win!

I decided to make a little ornament as my card topper.

I colored them in with my pencils and added glitter gel pen for shimmer.
