Moose trio

Singing Moose Digital Stamp

This week the theme is simply Christmas!
So I used this fun image along with the bow and created this fun and simple card.

It's so hard to show the ribbon in photos, I tried zooming in but it just blends into the background still.

Moose jar cozy

Hello there! I have a really fun project to share today.
I'm so proud of myself over this one.
It started at a local craft fair.  I saw a designer who made little elves and attached them to jars filled with candy.  She sewed her little elves and they were super cute.  Well she only took cash and I only had my debit card so I couldn't buy one.  I decided to make my own version.

The amazing designer at The Friendly Red Fox created this pattern.
I omitted her body and created the pants to fit the bottom of the jar.
for the sweater, I created the neck by sizing it to the lid.  After I made the scarf I stitched it to the neck of the sweater, then stitched her head to the scarf.
It slips right over the jar and comes off easily so you can open the lid and get to the goodies.
It's the first time I have ever done something like this and it turned out just like I saw it in my head.

Christmas kitties

I made a bunch of these cats a while back using different digital papers to "color" them in
Be on the look out next year for more of these!
I really love the look of the digital papers on them.
These cuties come from Torytale

I'm entering this in the Show us your pussies cats only challenge

Christmas ornaments

This is another set of the Dazzles stickers I've been sharing on so many cards.
These are really neat, only portions are adhesive and they are cut so you can fold the pieces up for some dimension.

Pretty in pink

It's that time again! A new challenge and this one is Non-traditional Christmas colors.

I used pinks, teal and grey.

You can find the Merry Christmas image here.
You can find the Poinsettia image here.
This is digitally colored using my SIL program. I thinks it's really pretty.
I used some digital papers from Decosse's Dynamite for the layers, they are textured so it's even cooler.

Glittered deer

I LOVE this card and sadly I can only make one!
This was some stickers I found in my stash and the new die cut my mom got me for my birthday and some pattern shimmer paper I bought at convention several years ago.
The photos do not do it justice, it's so shiney and pretty!
I may have to frame it!

Santa seal

Design Team

Hey there, I missed my last post, it's been a busy busy few months for me, I can't seem to keep up with things. Days slip by quickly.

Anyway, I pulled out this cutie and gave him a santa hat. I love using every day images for other times.
This is really simple and would be so fun for anyone on your list.
I attached him to the card with an Action wobble to make it more fun!

Nativity cards

You will see a couple of posts for these cards.  I got this paper stack last year from Hobby Lobby and they have it again this year!
The panels for these cards are on one sheet of paper. I cut them apart and used a couple sheets from the stack to create these cards.
I then added some stickers for shine.
These are really simple cards but I really love the colors in this stack and I think they are great cards.

Close to my Heart Christmas

I've been hanging on to this paper for several years.
It's from Close to My Heart.
I added some of the class a peel stickers from my mom and used a one sheet wonder template for cutting the pieces.

You'll see more of the cards from this crafting session later, stay tuned.
I hope you are enjoying my marathon of Christmas cards.

Christmas extravaganza

This guy is more of those class a peels I've been using, colored with gel pens.

These are the rest of the cards from my one sheet wonder card making event.
The card above utilized the negative from the card below's Merry Christmas stickers.
I used a sponge and inked through the negative onto the card. I love how it turned out.
